Katara is a QiGong Teacher, Coach & Strategy and Intuitive Healer. Her vision is the co-creation of a better world in for ourselves and generations to come. She wishes for all of us to embody and express our potential, live in harmony and alignment on the highest destiny path of evolution. Her mission is to help you step into (and AMPLIFY) your Light, to Activate the Power of ALL that you BE. This is a path to authentic self expression and taking your sacred place in the world.

We live in a time where many of us are disconnected from ourselves, disconnected from the worlds of soul and Spirit and thus asleep to our divine purpose or place in the world. Katara co-create pathways for you to connect to yourself and your power once again. Together we connect, explore and embody what the journey to soul- centric living and following your highest destiny path means to you. She journeys with people 1 on 1 and in groups to reclaim their Power, Truth and Love. Katara's vibes can be cosmic, yet grounded, esoteric perhaps but pragmatic and practical. Her work through healing, energy activations and strategic coaching supports her mission to help you be MORE of ALL YOU BE.

Katara strives to live in union with all of Nature and the Cosmos. She comes from the stars, is always a student of Life, and brings to you the perennial wisdom traditions such as QiGong & Energy Medicine, Shamanism, Hypnotherapy, Meditation and Yoga.
